The Presencing Capacity Programs introduce the U-process and Theory U, a social technology for helping to bring about profound innovation and change. Currently, the PI offers these introductory and advanced programs:

Introduction to Theory U and Presencing
Dr. Scharmer will facilitate this virtual, global classroom designed to provide an introduction into Theory U and the process of Presencing. Registration ends September 2

Process Consultation:
Leading Change in a Multicultural Networked World

Edgar Schein, Professor Emeritus Sloan School of Management, will present a model of personal and organizational learning and change for the new multicultural and networked world. Registration ends October 8

  The Presencing Foundations Program
A 3-4 day intense introduction into the concepts and practices of Theory U and Presencing. In this program you will learn how to sense and seize future opportunities and how to connect to the deeper journey of your professional and personal life in order to become a more effective leader and change-maker in your work environment. Facilitators are Otto Scharmer, Beth Jandernoa and Arawana Hayashi.

Presencing-in-Action Lab
In the fall of 2010 the Presencing Institute (PI) will launch a two-year advanced program or “master class” for those who use Theory U and related concepts to effect profound innovation and change and have previously participated in a PI program (or the equivalent).
