A two-year advanced program or “master class” for those who use Theory U and related concepts to effect profound innovation and change and have previously participated in a PI program (or the equivalent). The Lab is a two-year program with four onsite modules, offering quality space for participants to learn from their own experience, from each other, and from the methods and tools presented and used by the faculty and fellow participants.

This 3-day intensive with Arawana Hayashi explores Embodied Presence through exercises that turn our attention to our bodies. Social Presencing Theater is a new arts-based social technology for sensing the context or social field and for making visible what often goes unnoticed.
